Step Two - Creating Your Private Tournament Web Site

Once the organizer has the basics of their event setup, the golf course and the event planner log in to the eGolfTourney Business Tool via their administrative password and create a private tournament area on the Internet for the organizers. This involves inputting their name, tournament name and dates. The organizers then receive a login and password to a section specifically designed for their tournament. From this point on, either the tournament organizers or the course are in a position to setup and configure the entire event, including recognition of sponsors, additional functions, prizes, pictures, and messages from the Host. The organizers, course management or a combination of the two can now complete the tournament setup, and manage the process. Organizers have the option of uploading copies of their logos and/or images of their offices or products, etc. to be strategically placed on the site. They can also choose to highlight extras like pre- and post-tournament events, food and beverage offerings, door give-aways, famous attendees, etc.

Once the organizer has decided to use the course, the golf course management logs in via their administrative password and creates a private tournament area on the Internet for the organizers. This involves inputting their name, tournament name and dates. The organizers then receive a login and password to a section specifically designed for their tournament. From this point on, either the tournament organizers or the course are in a position to setup and configure the entire event.
