FEATURES > 7 OF 9 Step Six - Day-of-Tournament Materials On the day of the tournament, the system will provide all supporting material for the tournament, including: a check-in list to confirm all registered participants have arrived letter size scorecards or an overlay of the actual course's cards. It will show which holes are related to which prizes and competitions. Sponsor logos and names will be included. The cards can include a welcome message, explain the rules, and any other information deemed necessary. This will ensure that all of the information sheets for "Closest to the pin", "Longest drives", etc. will be printed out, once again including logos and sponsor's details. Last minute changes can be implemented should there be replacements, no shows, etc.
